each with a practical assignment
In every module participants get theory, as well as tasks and exercises to complete. Obligatory tasks must be completed before moving on to the next module. Chat is open for all discussions, feedback and questions.
We start with identifying the importance of teamwork and cooperation in a corporate setting, highlighting benefits and challenges of effective teamwork.
Participants will learn the roles that people play within a team, as well as will identify those roles among own teams. In this module students will study the ways these roles contribute to the overall team performance. We will learn and practice tips on how to communicate effectively.
In order to open up and take appropriate risks team members need to trust each other and feel they belong to a group. In this module we discuss why trust is important and what are the ways to build it. Also cover the inevitability of conflicts in teams and ways to resolve it constructively.
Emotional intelligence helps to handle emotions, guide people and be more successful. It controls how team members work together, communicate, and treat one another. Participants will learn the impact of emotional intelligence in effective team collaboration, as well as how understanding and managing emotions can lead to better team interactions and outcomes.
Cooperation with other teams is crucial in a corporate setting, bringing sufficient benefits. We will provide tips and strategies for effective negotiation with other teams, as well as will discuss how team dynamics influence cooperation between different teams.
