In this section participants will explore taboo topics in the international business environment and get examples of both positive and negative small talk scenarios. You will also learn different values that exist in various cultures and the way they impact intercultural relationships.
This part of the course is dedicated to engaging dialogues, so we will study such tools as active listening, back channelling and do's and don'ts of body language. You will explore the diverse interpretations of common signs and symbols around the world, both in verbal and nonverbal communication.
